Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a high level of support for women who need structured mental health treatment without staying overnight. Clients attend therapy several days each week while returning home at the end of the day. PHP offers a consistent treatment schedule that allows women to focus on their recovery while receiving professional care.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers flexible mental health treatment for women who need ongoing support while balancing work, school, or family responsibilities. Clients attend therapy several days each week for fewer hours than PHP, making it easier to continue with daily life while receiving care.

Benefits of a Partial Hospitalization Program

Structured treatment several days each week

Individual and group therapy

Evidence based therapies like CBT, DBT, and EMDR

Support for women with dual diagnosis

A smooth transition between inpatient and outpatient care

Flexible scheduling that allows women to return home after treatment sessions

Benefits of an Intensive Outpatient Program

Flexible treatment schedule

Continued support after PHP or residential care

Individual and group therapy

Healthy coping skills for everyday life

Ongoing support for long term mental health

Personalized treatment planning based on each woman’s mental health needs and recovery goals

Who Is the Partial Hospitalization Program Best Suited For?

PHP may be the right choice for women who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require 24 hour care. It is often recommended for women experiencing moderate to severe mental health symptoms or those transitioning from a higher level of care.

PHP may be appropriate for women who:

  • Need structured daily support
  • Are experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma
  • Have a dual diagnosis
  • Need more intensive treatment before returning to everyday responsibilities

Who Is the Intensive Outpatient Program Best Suited For?

IOP is often a good fit for women who have a stable home environment and are ready for a more flexible treatment schedule. It can also serve as a step down from PHP while continuing to provide professional support.

IOP may be appropriate for women who:

  • Have mild to moderate mental health symptoms
  • Are transitioning from PHP
  • Need ongoing therapy while working or attending school
  • Want continued support without full day treatment
